Invasive Species Art Project

 Saturday May 21st, I had the pleasure of painting at Lower Macleay Park, where an art project was taking place. Artist Graham Klag organized volunteers to gather Ivy from Forest Park. Then with their help, wove the Ivy into a sculpture. The final stage included a live concert with the musicians and listeners alike gathering around the newly transformed open space with the organic sculpture.
